Submitting a warranty exchange request ensures that there is available replacement stock before you visit us for an exchange and reduces disappointment.

Verify Warranty Validity
Based on the information that you have submitted to us, we will verify if the fault described is covered under our warranty terms. Once verified, you may submit your product for exchange.
Send in your item
You may send in your item either personally or via courier services. To send it back t us in person, please visit us at our office.
Receive Your Replacement
If you sent in your item in person, you may get an exchange on the spot. If you have sent in your item by courier, we will send the replacement to you by courier. The process of sending replacement back by courier may take up to 3 or 4 business days from the day we ship out the replacement product.
