Buyer makes warranty exchange request before sending item back to us.
MJ Store representative will contact within 2 days for 1st round verification.
Once confirmed the need for sending it back to us for fault diagnosis, buyer to send in item to our Returns and Warranty Exchange collection point via Courier Services (with delivery tracking only) or in person.
Please ensure that item is packed in a box or secured properly.
Please indicate name, order number, contact number and return address.
Upon verifying that the item carries a factory manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product and send it back by courier to your return address.
If the item is found to be not faulty, we will charge a courier fee of $4.50 to buyer for the returns shipping.
If the returns courier fee is not made to us within 14 days of notification, the item will be disposed of.
